About the position

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact between customers, technicians, and other team members.
• Ensure clear and effective communication to facilitate smooth operations.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
